Great atmosphere and vibe! I had a blast for the first time getting my hair done. Kristina James did my hair and she was FABULOUS! She colored and cut my hair she nailed it. Her coworkers ( sorry do not know the names) they were all so nice and friendly. I finally found a salon/stylist close to home that is my forever spot.

My first time at Upperend Salon with Maricarmen and I absolutely love my hair. Maricarmen was wonderful in explaining what I needed and what she was going to do. She also listened, took her time and asked me questions on my expectations. Already made my 2nd appt. Thank you Maricarmen!!

Everyone is super nice and super chill vibe. Loved my hair service. The hair wash was so relaxing. Everyone seems happy to be there! My new hair salon got my daughter and I.

Syrina did a wonderful job for my daughter’s vivid split dye! The staff was kind and welcoming. Will definitely be back for future hair projects.

My hair got butchered at a different salon and Maricarmen came to the rescue! She blended my cut perfectly so that you can't even tell what was wrong with it and did the most gorgeous colors on my hair. I'll definitely be going back!!!

My first visit and had a cut with Juana. She gave an excellent shampoo and was friendly upon our consultation. I love the style out to complete my cut. I will definitely be back!

Had to drive my daughter to the salon. Super nice and friendly stylists. Color cuts all the things. Make an appointment. Go see Christy. Anyone of the stylists are great.

If you want your hair to slay and look its best I highly recommend Maricarmen at Upper End Salon. She always makes me feel and look my best. I have been a client of hers for over a year now. I get balayage and hand-tied extensions with her. My hair has truly never looked better!! 🖤

This is the second time I’ve had Kayla do a haircut for me/family. She did great with my daughter and was patient with her - my daughter was a wiggle worm/kept wanting to look at herself in the mirror. I appreciate the patient and the skill Kayla shows. She even showed me how to dry my daughter’s hair and even tried to curl it. I’ve never been successful, but she showed me techniques. Again, I appreciate Kayla’s patience and skill!

My go to salon had color, highlights and cut my hair for almost two years now and I can’t rate high enough!! I have black hair and now it’s the most beautiful Pearl blond color that I never though will be achievable with no damage... Luis did a fantastic work and I am so pleased and thankful with the result ! Thank you Luis and Kelly you guys are the best!! ♥️💜

I had a fantastic experience here! The gentleman at check in was so friendly and accommodating. My stylist was Syrina and she was very personable and friendly. She gave me a fantastic haircut! I explained what I was looking to get and showed her a picture and she gave me exactly what I asked for! So glad I found this place, I will definitely be back. Would highly recommend Syrina!

I have a hard time finding a salon/stylist for myself and my family. If you have this problem, look no further than Upper End Salon! My hair is fine, my husband has wavy/curly, and my two sons have curly, and straight/wavy hair. Marie Claire cut my hair and it could not have been more perfect. My son and husband had their hair done by Luis, and they look amazing. I would definitely recommend Upper End Salon. If you are thinking about the cost of the service, don't. It is worth every single penny.

Maricarmen is my stylist and she's great. If you need any color services or want a precision cut, she's your girl! Me and my 2 teens with tons of hair use her and are never disappointed. She helped me transition from constant coloring to my natural gray. I get compliments all the time.

I got balayage done with my hair a few weeks ago by Syrina and she did soo great, I absolutely LOVE my hair! She answered all my random questions and was super nice. I have gotten so many compliments on my hair and would definitely recommend her to others!!

I wanted to post a shout out to Juana at Upper End Salon for getting my daughter and me in today and giving us really nice wash, cut, and blow out. We will be returning. Juana made sure to take the time to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. The salon is over by Birmingham Elementary. It is tucked in the corner by that little convenience store. It was very clean in there and everybody was really nice.

Love this salon. I saw Chrisi for a cut and she was amazing! She’s so sweet and I can tell she loves what she does! My hair feels and looks amazing! The staff is amazing and the environment is so fun and exactly the kind of salon I’ve been looking for!

I absolutely love this place, I have been going there for about 2 years now. 1) Love the friendly atmosphere- Stoney greets you with an awesome positive attitude offering you something to drink before you even sit down ! 2)Luis and Kelle are very professional and ask many questions to be sure you love the end result! 3) My son just recently went there too and we love the cut he got. I have also been told he liked it there so much he doesn't want to go anywhere else from now on 🙂

I have been coming to Kelle for years! I absolutely love her and her team. Kelle is the only person I trust with my hair. She explains everything she’s doing and the why behind it, which I appreciate. If you’re very specific about your hair and hair care- come to Upper End Salon. You’ll be in amazing hands!

I've been looking for a new salon closer to home and have felt very unsure about picking anywhere just off of Google... but as soon as I walked in the door here, I knew I had picked the right place! Luis did such an amazing job on my balayage!! He listened to how I wanted it and it came out better than I expected!! The atmosphere is wonderful! Stoney and Kelle are great people too and made the whole experience even more enjoyable! I'll be a customer here forever!

Such a great experience! Luis the owner was very friendly and was sure to ask me questions about my hair before starting. Checking in to make sure we were on the same page. The cut itself is great. All I got was a trim and some face framing pieces along with my undercut and curtain bangs shaped up but it’s a dramatic improvement from the hair I had when I came in!

Have used them twice thus far for maintaining my very thick hair that I keep a very platinum blonde. They handle it like pros and get me in and out faster than other salons I have been to. You can tell they have a large amount of experience and knowledge/comfort with color and I genuinely enjoy going to them. They also never mind the fact that I always come in looking a hot mess because I let my roots grow out so long in between coming and they always return me back to pristine condition! Love coming here 🙂

A new salon that does a great job. The stylist, Luis, listens to what you want and is very friendly. Definitely returning. Note: I now have been a customer for over a year. I experienced seeing them grow, including two moves of the business. All employees, including the young couple who own the business, are wonderful. Try them! Upper End is on Brown St in Wylie, TX.

My hair has been BLESSED by Madi. Thought my length and thickness would be a problem but she went above and beyond to make sure the application was perfect. Definitely will be coming back once I decide to change up my hair!!

Came in with my hair jacked up from bleaching half of it off last May to leaving and feeling SO MUCH BETTER. Luis did a great job on my color and cut. Exceeded my expectations and helped me feel more confident then when I walked in.

Oh. My. Goodness. Luis!!! Amazing. I have naturally wavy hair that hardly anyone, ever, has been able to successfully cut. Luis is a perfectionist, yet he styled my hair effortlessly into a super cute and trendy bob. Love. I got so many compliments!!

I went in for a women's haircut. Luis listened to what I asked for and was very professional. He worked his magic on my hair and I left absolutely loving the end result. Definitely will be coming back and recommending this place to everyone I know. The entire staff is so friendly and inviting. Love it.
